World Refugee Day is held every year on June 20 all over the world

On June 18, 2015 a press-conference devoted to World Refugee Day was held at the National Press Centre of the Republic of Belarus. Jean Yves Bouchardy, UNHCR Representative in the Republic of Belarus, Aleksey Begun, Head of the Department on Citizenship and Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Boris Letunovich, Head of the Main Department of Operative Activities of the State Border Committee of Belarus, as well as Dmitry Kovalyonok, Deputy Head of the Department of Customs Control of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, took part in the press conference (to be updated). 

Results of the contest on the best poster “Refugees: They Need Our Support”, which was held in March—May 2015 by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, International Non-governmental Association for Scientific Research, Information and Educational Programmes “Evolutio” and Belarusian State Art Academy were summed up.
