The book "Forced Migration in the Republic of Belarus: Compilation of Documents on Issues of Asylum, Migration and Citizenship" was placed at the site. This compilation was published in the framework of the EU — UNHCR project “Strengthening the Protection Capacity in the Republic of Belarus — Phase II”.
Given the shortage of foreign language interpreters to assist asylum seekers/migrants during their interview with border guards/immigration officials from Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) have created a pool of interpreters to improve the coordination and availability of support services at a regional level.
